The hotel is ideally located just opposite Paihia Bay and a short 3-minute walk from the Bus Station. The rooms, although not able to accommodate bigger groups, were clean and spacious, offering a convenient stay close to the town center. The service, aside from a negative experience with one staff member, was generally friendly and helpful. Dining options were basic and could be improved, although the facilities were satisfactory overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the rooms was beautiful, and the facilities were top-notch. The king bed in the suites was a luxurious touch available for only two dollars extra. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was awesome, and everything was very clean and well laid out. Although my room overlooked the central car park, stepping outside offered great sea views. The quiet air conditioning in the room was a nice touch.
